Format for Transfers [WIP]

Hello everyone,
this format has been created to organize and document transfers between Platoons, Squads and Reservist. If you want to transfer someone, make sure to speek to thier chain of command to get the approval for the transfer.
To complete a transfer, all three parties need to agree to this action!
Those parties are:
- The player that is being transfered
- The player of the new placement
- The player of the former placement. ( Not required if player was a reservist )
Therefore the player that is being transfered and the player of the former placement need to comment this post to approve the transfer!
Subject format: "Rank Name of the player that will be transfered" into "placement the player will be transfered into"
Transfer request
I, "your Rank Name" request the transfer of "Rank Name of the player that will be transfered" from "current placement" into "placement the player will be transfered into".
[Airborne only: "Player that will be transfered" has been interviewed and accepted into 5th Platoon.]
Thank you,"Clone Number, Rank Name"
Following parties need to accept the Transfer:
[ Squadleader of the current placement ]
[ Squadleader of the new placement ]
[ Platoon and Company Medics if a Medic is being transfered]
Following parties need to be informed about the Transfer:
[ Platoonleader of the current placement ]
[ Platoonleader of the new placement ]
I, CP Peterson request the transfer of CT XYZ from 1st Platoon 2nd Squad into 5th Platoon 2nd Squad.
[CT XYZ has been interviewed and accepted into 5th Platoon.]Thank you,

[ 1st and 2nd Platoon and Company Medics if a Medic is being transfered]
Following parties need to be informed about the Transfer:

[ 5th Platoonleader ]
Answer form the former placement
I, "your Rank Name" approve the transfer of "Rank Name of the player that will be transfered" from "current placement" into "placement the player will be transfered into".

I, CP Peterson approve the transfer of CT XYZ from 1st Platoon 2nd Squad into 5th Platoon 2nd Squad.
